The goal was to identify, launch, and scale a single dietary supplement product in a highly competitive category while ensuring compliance with strict health regulations. I was responsible for conducting deep market research, building a compliant and conversion-focused product listing, and executing the entire operations strategy from supply chain to PPC campaigns.

Strategy & Execution
I began by conducting an exhaustive market analysis to identify gaps in demand and white-space opportunities within the supplements niche. Once the product was finalized, I built a high-quality listing supported by professional A+ content and optimized backend data. On the advertising side, I deployed a tiered PPC approach—starting with discovery campaigns to build ranking, then gradually shifting budget toward high-converting exact terms. Simultaneously, I built strong supplier relationships and optimized logistics to maintain profitability and operational flow.
